How do I place an order?
Order request forms are available on this website. Navigate to the page of the item you wish to purchase (sugar cookies, macarons, cakes / cupcakes) and complete the form. I will reach out to you within 48 hours with questions or clarification, as well as a quote for your order. More details on the products and ordering are available on the respective order form.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Unfortunately, I do not offer delivery or shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled via local pickup only.
Where do I pick up my order?
Upon order confirmation and payment, you will be sent the pickup address. The address is located in Falls Church, VA.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least two weeks in advance of the desired pickup date. Orders exceeding a quantity of 50 must be placed at least three weeks in advance. If an order is placed within less than two weeks of the desired pickup date, a rush fee will be added to the total cost of the order. It is up to the bakery owner’s discretion whether or not there is adequate time for a rush order to be filled, and your order may be not be accepted or rescheduled as a result.
Can you accommodate gluten, dairy, and nut allergies?
I am not offering gluten or dairy free options at this time. Sugar cookies are naturally nut-free. Macaron shells are naturally gluten free (the fillings may contain gluten). All macaron shells contain nut products. All products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, check, and Venmo payments. If you choose Venmo as a payment method, a 2% convenience fee will be added to the total cost of your order. Full payment must be collected at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup date/time. A 50% downpayment for orders exceeding a quantity of 50 must be collected in order to secure your pick-up date.
How do I store my baked goods?
Macarons: Should be stored in an airtight container if they are not consumed upon receiving. Macarons last 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
Cakes / Cupcakes: Should be stored in an airtight container if they are not consumed upon receiving. They will last up to 48 hours in an airtight container at room temperature, but should be frozen if not consumed before then. Take them out of the freezer at least an hour before enjoying. Cakes / Cupcakes can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Sugar Cookies: All sugar cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. If sealed, they will remain fresh for up to 10 days at room temperature and up to 2 months in the freezer.
